Exchanges or refunds are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase in original condition (excluding handmade and cherishable items like flowers) — just email us and we’ll take care of it.

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, exchanges or refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging — unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Please note that handmade, customised, and perishable or cherishable items (such as fresh flowers) are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate an exchange or refund, simply email us at agm@amoregifts.com.au with your order details and a short note explaining the reason for return. We’ll get back to you promptly with the next steps.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping cost for returning the item will be your responsibility. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund right away.

We take great care in packaging each order, but if something isn’t right, rest assured we’ll do our best to make it right — fairly and quickly.
